Millions of the creatures got wiped out from the attack. Millions more remained and a lot of the resistance got taken down. None of the airships remained as they got taken out by heavy attacks from the sky creatures. With parts from the destroyed airships, the resistance set up a quick shelter. Desais and Jaizen still in a coma, are treated by doctors instead of laying on the cold ground. "This battle is lasting way too long. Why doesn't that pussy Razon show himself so we can end this?" Cid yelled. "We will find him in due time, we just need a means to luring him out." Iken stated. "How about I find this Kirie girl and torture her Kakahahaha" Kefka laughed. Seymour was far from the conversation as he stared at Yuna. "I believe we just need to find her and give her a few good pops to the head!" Rikku said flamboyantly. "Well while we have Desais here, she will keep trying to come back. It's due to the fact of the strong connection those two have, and with the darkness ooze on her, its feeding off of her emotions and is trying to kill anything that can get rid of it." Iken explained to everyone. "Well that's it then, we need to lure her in by using Desais. That way we can get Razon down here." Yuna said. "Yes I believe that's a fabulous idea." Seymour complimented her. Vincent then got up from the seat and started to walk out, but suddenly stopped at the doorway. "I don't think it's right using love in that way." Vincent said as he walked out of the room. "Who shoved a stick in his ass?" Seifer asked as he laughed. An awkward silence filled the room, then a loud explosion is heard. This made everyone get up. They all rushed to where to sound came from. Some darkness creatures managed to break through the wall and Sugo was already on it with Cosmos and Ultima. Kefka decided to float there and watch the show as everyone else went to his aid.

A few hours passed and the creatures were sent back and the wall was repaired. The question of what their next move is still floated through their heads. Then a thought came across Iken's mind. (What if we somehow can make a machine like the one back at Nero. Then that way I can go back to before all this started and prevent Razon from ever using the orbs.) The idea sounded so perfect and seemed as though it had no flaws. But then he wondered how they were going to create such a thing. The idea seemed to have ended with despair as Iken didn't know the components to create this machine. Iken searched his memories; he tried as hard as he can to figure out how to make such a machine.

Iken kept on wondering till he eventually ended up in the room Desais and Jaizen laid. Looking at the bodies, Iken wished he could have prevented all of this. Thoughts of the times they had together rushed through his mind. Everything that had happened felt as though it was his fault. Then thoughts of what would have happened if he hadn't left the Organization went through his mind. He noticed that this all would have still happened but with far more drastic consequences. Suddenly, Iken finally thought of a way to be able to go back in time and prevent this. (I have got to tell the others,) Iken thought to himself as he ran out of the room and got everyone together.

"Alright Iken we are all here, what have you found out?" Cid asked. "Well seeing as I have the power of time, what if instead of freezing time I try to send it backwards and get to the point of when I am back in the Organization?" Iken said with enthusiasm. Everyone around the room looked at each other and smiled as approval appeared across their face. Then Cid spoke up. "I actually already had that thought," Cid spoke as he began drawing up a diagram, "See if this were to happen it would drain you. You wouldn't be able to do anything for quite a bit. Also there is the problem of it not working, you being drained, and dying on this very planet. The other thing is that you can go back in time, but it you will still be on this planet and have most likely no way of getting to Nero." Cid said as he stopped drawing. Then a new idea popped into Cid's head. "Maybe if we are able to create a device that could somehow fit around you, set a destination on it, and use your time magic to influence how far back you go at this destination." Cid began mumbling words to himself as he formed a design of a mechanical looking belt. Everyone watched as this diagram began to take shape, and the idea showed some promise towards working.

Cid put down his drawing tool and stepped back. "If we can find these parts lying around we may be able to create such a device. I remember many of these parts operating on my ship." Cid told everyone as he turned around. "We need groups of people to go out and search for these parts. It will be extremely dangerous due to the darkness beasts out there, which I've called Tasuhc, but if it works we will be able to save the whole universe." Cid said as he began to draw a map. "You see the parts would have fallen near these areas on the map according to the calculations on the trajectory of where our ships crash landed." Everyone looked at the map as it was drawn. The areas didn't look to be that far away from where they are and there appeared to be four different areas that needed to be excavated for these parts.

Cid moved away from the map and turned to everyone. "Alright here's the battle plan, Garnet and Eiko I need you to go to area one on this map and look for a gravitron generator about the size of a cell phone. Seymour and Kefka head to area two and find the thundaga materia so that we can use its electrical abilities to power the belt. Seifer and Squall head to area three and find magic generator that can amplify magic abilities. Finally, Vincent and Iken I need you two to go to are four and obtain the disc of the universe and a time suit. Once all these items are here I can begin work on creating this machine. Just be careful not to get killed and not to alert Razon of what we are planning." Cid finished with a finger pointing out the door.
